Click here to see pictures from the event this year. Over 150 individuals, students, and family members joined Karen, local survivors, and friends at the 2012 Brain Injury Asheville Walk & Roll-athon at Carrier Park on April 14th of 2012. The weather was perfect and the band, Chalwa, played reggae and got the crowd going. The Hula hoop troop from Warren Wilson college also helped get folks moving. WLOS anchor, Frank Kracher, was MC for the event. Carolina Mountain Bakery and Green Sage and Sam's Club and Roly Poly provided food and drinks. A big thanks to our major Walk & Roll-athon media partner: WLOS
