About Us

The staff and volunteers of the Brain Injury Association of NC (BIANC) are here to serve you. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We want to help you find resources and link with services in your area or to meet your need. Our staff and volunteers want to talk to you or to answer your emails or inquiries. We hope you will visit one of our five Brain Injury Resource Centers. Each maintain a Resource library with lots of brochures and articles and books, which we can share or mail to you..

We want to get information on our website that is accessible to anyone with internet access. We have a Resource Book on the left side of the page. BIANC offers training and education to organizations and individuals to help them better understand and serve those with brain injuries. We educate our legislators so they will understand the need for more funding. We publish a quarterly newsletter, "Starting Point". Please review all past newsletters for valuable information.

In this section you will be able to read about our organization's Board of Directors, our Accomplishments and Goals for the future. You will learn how to contact the main office in Raleigh or the office closest to you in North Carolina. You can identify our current Corporate sponsors and help us thank them for their support.
