HHS Releases Data on Mergers and Consolidations in the
Healthcare Industry

Transparency Act of 2013 which is designed to improve transparency in the
cost of health care services provided by hospitals and ambulatory surgical

White House Issues Plan to Address Long COVID

Long COVID is the result of post-COVID conditions withstanding four or more weeks after first being infected with the virus. Symptoms include difficulty with thinking, mood changes, dizziness, fatigue and shortness of breath. This change in cognitive skills after COVID is often described as “Brain Fog.” As of July 2021, Long COVID can be considered a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Read more
