Check-In for Campers: Friday at 3:00 PM
Check-Out: Sunday at 11:00 AM
Spaces for Camp are Limited — a spot is confirmed once payment is completed.
Registration Closes on August 11th at 4 PM, or once we reach capacity — whichever comes first.
Horseback Riding Waivers are due by September 15th.

Simplified Registration Process:
We’ve made it easy by having everything in one place — your application, medical information (you have the option to fill it out directly or upload medical documents), and payment are all completed at the same time.
The only item that will come afterward is a separate horseback riding waiver, which must be signed by a doctor if the camper chooses to participate in horseback riding.

At this time, our camp is not able to provide one-on-one support for campers. We have a dedicated team of helpful staff and volunteers, but if a camper requires individual support to ensure their safety and participation, they must attend with a caregiver or family member.
