The Sticht Center Aquatics Program provides water exercise classes and aquatic therapy sessions provided in our warm water therapy pool. Classes for arthritis, chronic pain, and conditioning are provided throughout the week along with once a week 1:1 therapy sessions. Our pool is located inside the Sticht Center at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist.
