Lutheran Services Carolinas – TBI Apartment Program
The TBI Apartment Program is a community-based program that provides housing and therapeutic supports to adults with traumatic brain injuries. The program is open to anyone with a TBI in need of housing and habilitation services. While located in Forsyth County, participation in the program is not restricted by residency.
